The masseria provides for a huge infinity pool (6x 12 mt. x h 1,35) and vast outer spaces with a relax area at the service of the guests, parking places, orchard and almond garden, lawn around the apartments and the swimming pool. At guests disposal there are the outdoor spaces with orchard, almond tree, and organic olive oil from its own olive Grove. The Masseria is eco-friendly, producing hot water with solar panels. Areas to be shared by both apartments: barbecue area, swimming pool,and the outdoor alcove area suitable for smokers.
Note
> In the swimming pool it is not allowed to jump and dive, from 8.00 p.m. until 8.30 a.m. Pool maintenance. Extraordinary maintenance can also be carried out at any time of day or evening.
> A safe is available inside each villa for personal effects and values. The entire property is fenced with electric gate.
> Independent alarm system for each villa.
> Changing of linen and bath towels every 7 days. Supply of pool towels change every 7 days. Day off Sundays and holidays. Outdoor laundry service available in town.
> We offer to our guests for each villa, upon arrival: a bottle of mineral water and a basket of seasonal fruit, tea and coffee, toiletries for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
